WHO WE ARE

Each We Got This (Sometimes) team (Norwich, Belfast, Twickenham) is an events business run by mums for modern parents. Founded by Emma Victor-Smith in Norwich, Emma runs the Norwich branch, Jane Lindsay runs the Belfast branch, and Lydia and Sophie Rogers run the Twickenham branch. The events invite special guests to each city to inspire and entertain parents in broad and niche topics. Guests to events make friends, and charities and small businesses are supported.

Events are launched to the email database 24 hours before they are released on social media to enable loyal customers to purchase tickets in advance. These email addresses are stored with Ticket Tailor, Mailchimp (the Mailchimp privacy policy is here). We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. We will not use your email address for any purposes except: to send you the newsletters and/or emails you have requested; to maintain our subscription and unsubscription lists; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied; or, to notify you of changes to the We Got This (Sometimes) site, business practices, Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

In processing your order, we may send your details to and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies via Stripe.
Your data will only be held for as long as the events continue. As and when the events halt, the data will be deleted.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about events that we will host. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date.

If you have purchased a ticket, you will be asked for consent to email you about the particular event you bought a ticket for.

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
