When Fashion Re:Boot came to Norwich....

What an utterly fabulous evening at The Narthex! We shopped, we drank, we glittered, braided, chatted and ate (and dropped)!

Our vendors were glam & incredible, it was brilliant to see such a great mix of almost a couple of hundred women & a couple of men (thanks Mark with the sunny disposition who drove his wife and daughter all the way from Cambridge, what a guy!). There are so many people to thank, special thanks though to Ciara Elliott and Erica Davies for saying yes to Norwich, @tanialeeds who beautifully transformed parts of the Narthex into a sparkly, mystical woodland, neon lit world, Lucy @threadfriends, Jenny at @fringe.and.fray, everyone at @stjohnscathedral_narthex & Lou @loulouloveshireandstyling for ALL your help with the set up, DJ @sophielillierees for the buzzy atmosphere & my friends @clare_angell @jrconstructionanglia @meraki_interiors_ @suzwilkinson @minorsgemma for managing the door and generally being amazing as always!

I felt that we don’t do anything like this in Norwich, and mainly saw it as a savvy way for mums to shop and be inspired, what I hadn’t anticipated was the community spirit of all the vendors, buyers, supporters, sponsors, the wonderful venue to pull off something quite unique - it definitely evolved! If you didn’t know, I’m a mum of two tinies running this events business to inspire & entertain parents, Ciara is a working mum and Tania also has three children - girl power💪🏾 🌈

Ciara introduced me to Tania whose been a Fashion Re:Boot fan for ages and thank goodness she did (what a wingwoman). Everyone gets something from Fash Re:Boot and that’s what collaborating with women is and should be about. Follow @fash_reboot to find out where the next one is!

@stjohnscathedral_narthex created the perfect menu so guests could carry their little trays of food and shop at the same time, and they created delish cocktails especially for our fashion crowd! The sage and ginger syrup was made that morning 🍹, how amazing is that! If you’re looking for a party / wedding / anything venue, we couldn’t recommend The Narthex team enough, they are brilliant.
