Norwich We Got This (sometimes!) Launch

Katie Kirby, author / blogger / greeting card maker / social media celeb and general all round mums' heroine is coming to Norwich!

After her children were born, she realised they are NOT like the ones you see in Boden catalogues, and seeing as it was quite tricky to find work that flexed enough, Katie decided to start a blog about the gross injustice of it all. 400k facebook followers later, she has written her second book "The Daily Struggles of Archie Adams (Aged 2 ¼)".

Some people liked the blog and said it was funny, other people called her an offensive, foul mouthed alcoholic who can't even draw. She views all of those things as compliments (apart from the drawing one – RUDE!).

Katie's new book depicts the highs and lows of family life through the eyes of Archie - one highly opinionated, creatively-stifled modern-day toddler. See the world through the eyes of Archie.  The world is out to get him, people tell him what to do, but he gets some comfort from his best friend Amelia and occasionally sinking his teeth into other people’s limbs. Then, his parents tell him that they are having another baby..

We'll be speaking to Katie about how she turned turned her blog and social media into a best-selling book, the inspiration for her latest book, how she juggles her new life as an author with being Mum to two boys.

This exclusive event will be held at Open Norwich (the old Barclays Banking Hall), with a Fitness and Wellbeing hub by eco-luxury Paradox Living including: complementary taster massages (these are all booked up now, so sorry!!); first hand fitness and nutrition advice from Evan; a selected range of mum-pampering-products.
